Open any question below to read the answer. These FAQs are written in simple language for TCS parcel tracking users in Pakistan.
You can track your TCS parcel by entering your consignment number in the tracking box. The system will show the latest shipment status, booking details, movement history, and delivery progress if the record is available.
A TCS consignment number is a unique tracking code given to every parcel booked through TCS. You can usually find it on your booking receipt, SMS confirmation, email, or online order details.
Your tracking number may not work if it was entered incorrectly, the shipment was recently booked, or the parcel details have not yet been updated in the TCS system. Try again after a few hours and double-check the number.
“Shipment Booked” means the parcel has been registered in the TCS system. It may still be waiting for physical handover or processing before it starts moving toward the destination.
“In Transit” means your parcel is moving from one location to another. It may be on the way to a sorting center, destination city, or local delivery office.
This status means your parcel has reached the destination city or nearby TCS facility. After this stage, it is usually sorted and assigned to a delivery rider.
“Out for Delivery” means the TCS rider has your parcel and is attempting to deliver it to the receiver’s address. Keep your phone active in case the rider calls for confirmation.
Check the latest tracking update first. If the parcel has not moved for more than 24 to 48 hours, contact the sender or TCS customer support with your consignment number.
No, a consignment number is normally required to track a TCS parcel. If you lost it, ask the sender, online store, or booking branch to share it again.
Delivery time depends on the service type and destination. Major city shipments are often delivered within 1 to 2 working days, while remote areas may take longer.
Address changes may be possible before the parcel reaches the final delivery stage. Contact TCS support as early as possible with your consignment number.
Yes, delivery rescheduling may be possible in some cases. You can request another delivery date or ask whether the parcel can be held at a nearby TCS center.
If you are not available at the address, TCS may attempt delivery again or keep the parcel at the local office for a limited time before returning it to the sender.
Yes, another person at the same address can often receive the parcel. For sensitive documents or official deliveries, the original receiver may need to collect it personally.
Yes, if the parcel is available at a nearby TCS office, you may collect it by showing your CNIC and consignment number. Confirm with TCS before visiting.
Check with family members, office reception, building security, or anyone available at your address. If no one received it, contact TCS immediately and request delivery proof.
“Return to Sender” means the parcel is being sent back to the original sender. This can happen due to wrong address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or COD payment issues.
In Cash on Delivery shipments, the TCS rider collects payment from the buyer at delivery. After successful delivery, the collected amount is processed for the seller according to their account terms.
Usually, courier riders do not allow opening a COD parcel before payment unless the sender has allowed open-box delivery. Confirm the policy with the seller before accepting the parcel.
Take photos before opening, keep the packaging, and contact the sender and TCS support quickly. For online orders, the seller may ask for photos or an unboxing video.
